Our aim

We want every worried homeowner and every landlord under a deadline to be able to use this site, whatever technology they browse with. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we have done

Every page works with a keyboard alone, including the menu, the photo quote form, the estimator and the FAQ accordions. Headings follow a logical order with one H1 per page. Text sits on backgrounds with strong contrast. Images carry alternative text, and interactive controls carry visible focus outlines and proper labels.

Known limitations

Job photographs carry descriptive alternative text saying what is in the frame, not just a file name. If you find anything on the site that does not work for you, we want to know.

Feedback and help

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you would like a quote in a different format, call 07703 295654 or use the quote form. A person answers, and quoting by phone works just as well as the form.

If you complain to us about accessibility and are unhappy with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can advise you on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
