The 5-year workmanship guarantee
If anything we fitted or connected fails because of our workmanship within five years, we come back and put it right for nothing. That sits on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the board itself and on your statutory rights, not instead of them.
The guarantee is written down, plainly, on the guarantee page. It transfers to the new owner if you sell the house, which solicitors like.
